We accept applications year-round and are always excited for new students. If there are no current opening your child will be added to the waitlist. In order for an application to be processed, please return it to the respective center and you will be contacted by the director. Below you will find these links to each center. Please make sure to fill out the application in its entirety, please do not leave any blank spaces. This includes case numbers, phone number, etc. If you have any questions, please contact the center.
We accept private pay as well as CDRS for tuition payments, CDRS is a state funded program to help families with childcare costs. In order to see if you qualify, please click the link below and fill out the application. The state will contact you and help you that process. If you are wanting to use CDRS for tuition, everything must be processed by them, and they will communicate acceptance to us. Once we receive a letter of acceptance, we can discount your tuition and start your student in the center. You may also go to the Health Department and pick up an application.
