Requirements & Training
Each of our centers is state-licensed and has been since its opening. We pride ourselves on compliance with the state and making sure that our centers are the best they can be. We are also STAR centers, with all our centers currently with 1 STAR. We are continuously working on improvement, and we want to ensure that your child’s environment will always be that of progress, positivity, and play.
CPR:
All staff is trained in CPR within the first 3 weeks of employments. All certifications for CPR are active for 2 years
TRAINING
All staff is required by the State of Alabama to earn at least 12 annual training hours. These hours consist of a variety of subjects all having to do with childhood development. We boast on the fact that our staff maintains a trained culture.
